Our Team

Our present team has been carefully assembled over time… the combined skills of this group is the underlying strength of Intebuild. 

It is worth noting that 50% of our current team have been with Intebuild for 10 years or more, providing the consistency and experience required to achieve outstanding results.

Project Supervisors

Alan Deuchars – Project Supervisor

Alan is a licenced builder with more than 35 years building experience. He joined Intebuild in July 1999 as a carpenter, and was appointed project supervisor soon after that, with responsibility to manage both domestic and commercial projects.

Anthony Young – Project Supervisor

Has been part of the Intebuild team since 2007. A licenced builder, Anthony is responsible for managing multiple Intebuild projects at any given time.

Lincoln Strushko – Project Supervisor

A licenced builder and licenced carpenter, Lincoln joined Intebuild in 2001. Since then, he has immersed himself in many of our more challenging projects.

Paul Brennan – Project Supervisor

Paul is a licenced builder and licenced carpenter with 35 years experience in construction. He joined Intebuild as a project supervisor in 2003 and has successfully managed many projects requiring complex and technical solutions.

Sean Ries – Project Supervisor

Sean is a licenced builder and holds a diploma in project management. He joined Intebuild in 2001 and has managed many large and complex construction projects as well as a mix of smaller domestic and commercial  projects.

Tony Jefferson – Project Supervisor

Tony joined Intebuild in 2008 and has managed many of our challenging projects since then. He is a licenced builder and licenced carpenter with more than 35 years of project management experience across many construction disciplines.

Troy Pears – Project Supervisor

Has been part of the Intebuild team for since 2006. A licenced builder and licenced carpenter, Troy is fully engaged, managing multiple projects for Intebuild at any given time.

Admin and Management Team

Steven Leitch – Director

Steven is a tertiary-qualified leader and licenced builder with a wealth of experience and expertise in the construction industry. His vision and leadership has shaped Intebuild as a company built on the values of respect, transparency and integrity.

Danni Johns – Administration

Danni started in mid-2016. She has a background in accounts, payroll, and administration. 

David Fitness – Business Development

David has 30 years experience in sales, marketing and project management within the construction industry. He joined Intebuild in March 2011.

Julie McDonald – Business Manager

Julie is a qualified accountant and has been in her current role since 2006. Prior to this she worked in accounting and administration roles within the education and government sectors.

Meryl Neumann – Administration Manager

Meryl has been at Intebuild since July 2008. She is an accomplished administrator and her organisational skills provide a platform for Intebuild to successfully manage hundreds of projects every year.

Rachael Davis – Accounts

Has been part of the Intebuild team since 2011 and has a total of 15 years in construction accounts and administration. 

Jessica Frater – Administration

Jess joined the team in December 2017.  She has become an integral part of our admin team.
