Intebuild completed a multi-million dollar refurbishment and extension to the iconic Hooper Centre in Hume St, Toowoomba. The well-known shopping location was devastated by fire. Most of the building services have been replaced or upgraded as part of the repairs, including a new main electrical switchboard and upgrades to hydraulics and fire services. The rebuilding of Patton’s Discount Meats and the construction of a new highly-anticipated IGA, in addition to the renovation of the smaller tenancies, will greatly enhance the shopping experience for locals and visitors alike. Intebuild also completed extensive external refurbishments to the Centre featuring a central passage, high-level canopy and elevated awning. These changes will modernise and transform the overall appearance whilst providing a relaxed shopping and dining experience for both retailers and customers. |
